Greetings and welcome to virtueinventory.com! Our dedicated team has prepared this document keeping in mind the goal to make our service and conditions of utilizing it as much transparent and user-friendly as possible. These terms regulate the usage of the website, please read them carefully. By utilizing Virtueinventory service, you automatically agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which both constitute a legally binding agreement between our company and you. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, please refrain from using Virtueinventory services.

General Information:

Virtueinventory is located at virtueinventory.com and operated by ALPHA DECISIONS Sp. z o.o. with legal address at Solipska 3/5, 02-482 Warsaw, Poland and registration number 1104271. Virtue Inventory acts under the jurisdiction of, and is regulated by all applicable laws in, Poland.

Platform Information:

Virtueinventory.com is a digital goods market, offering a range of website development products such as website templates, scripts, admin-panel templates, logotypes and other ready-to-use goods, that may be customized by you for further utilization on your own potential platform.

Balance system Information:

Virtueinventory implements an internal balance system for user convenience. Each registered account is assigned a virtual balance measured in Virtues, which serve as an internal unit of account within the platform. 1 Virtue is equivalent to 1 Euro.

Purchases on virtueinventory.com may be completed using Virtues.

To add funds to the balance, users may select the desired amount of Virtues, proceed to checkout, choose one of the available payment methods, and provide the required payment information. Balance top-ups are typically processed instantly and may take up to 1 minute to be reflected on the account.

Virtues are non-transferable, may only be used on virtueinventory.com, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or withdrawn.

Purchase system Information:

In order to make a purchase on virtueinventory.com, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a username and password. Purchases cannot be completed without an active and confirmed account.

Once logged in, users may select digital products, add them to the shopping cart, and complete the purchase either:

  • by deducting the required amount from the Virtues balance, or
  • by making a direct one-time payment for the selected product.

The minimum one-time balance top-up equals 0 Euro, and the maximum one-time balance top-up equals 500 Euro.

Rating Information:

You can place ratings for all the products on our website. The ratings are based on an average value. If you wish to remove or change your evaluation, you can contact our support team.

Intellectual property Information:

You can use purchased products for both personal and commercial purposes without any restrictions. However, any Virtueinventory or Company's contact details, names, logos and trademarks are an intellectual property of ALPHA DECISIONS Sp. z o.o.. As such they may not be used for commercial purposes or displayed publicly without the Company's consent and must be removed if present in a purchased template or any other digital product available on Virtueinventory.

Liability Information:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Virtueinventory’s products. The website is provided "as is" and "as available," with all flaws, and ALPHA DECISIONS Sp. z o.o. makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding this website or the materials contained therein. In addition, nothing on virtueinventory.com should be interpreted as advice.

Refund Information:

Digital goods purchased on virtueinventory.com are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of whether they were purchased using Virtues or via direct payment.

Virtues that have been purchased but not used may be eligible for a refund, provided that:

  • the Virtues have not been partially or fully used;
  • the request is submitted within the statutory withdrawal period;
  • no provision of digital content associated with the Virtues has begun.

Refunds may also be considered for transactions conducted for the purchase of Virtues or via direct payments in cases where:

  • a technical malfunction of the website occurred;
  • an error attributable to virtueinventory.com resulted in the user being unable to access the paid product.

Any refund request must be submitted personally via the email address provided on the website within 14 days from the time of the transaction. The user must be of legal age to be eligible for a refund.

Termination Information:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason we deem eligible. You may also cancel your obligations under this Agreement by closing your Virtueinventory account at any time. In order to do so, please contact the support team. Please, note, that Virtueinventory support team are not obliged to inform you in advance about the suspension, block or termination of your account.
